Pastry Chef
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Develop and execute pastry recipes and techniques.
- Oversee the production and presentation of pastries and desserts.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and supplies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new pastry techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts.
- Creativity in designing and decorating pastries and desserts.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
