Pastry Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and create a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
  • Develop and execute pastry recipes and techniques.
  • Oversee the production and presentation of pastries and desserts.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and supplies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new pastry techniques

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts.
  • Creativity in designing and decorating pastries and desserts.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
