We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Jbeil within the Food & Beverage industry.

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager within the F&B sector
• Strong background in coffee shop operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Customer-oriented with strong communication abilities
• Ability to manage daily operations, staff, and performance targets

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations
• Ensure high standards of service and product quality
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members
• Manage stock inventory, sales, and reporting
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Supervise kitchen/preparation areas to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene and safety standard
• Monitor financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and preparation of operational reports to support decision-making
